Thank you for shopping with Shopextro. This Shipping Policy outlines how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- Processing delays may occur due to high order volume, product unavailability, or verification requirements.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
We offer delivery across India.
Estimated Delivery: 4–10 business days depending on your location.
Remote areas may take extra time.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update on the courier partner’s website.
4. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Shopextro is not responsible for delays or lost shipments resulting from:
- Incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer
- Customer not being available at the delivery location
- Customer failing to accept or collect the package
If the package is returned to us due to these reasons:
- Reshipping charges must be paid by the customer.
- Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.
5. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
Please record unboxing video proof (from opening the sealed parcel until the item is fully shown).
This is mandatory for any claim.
We require:
- Full unedited unboxing video showing the shipping label clearly
- Complaint raised within 24 hours of delivery
Without video proof, no replacement or claim can be processed, as per courier and warehouse guidelines.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Refusing delivery after shipment will not be eligible for a refund.
7. Delayed Deliveries
Delays caused by courier partners, weather, operational issues, or unforeseen events are not under Shopextro’s control.
We do not offer refunds for delays. However, we will assist you in tracking the shipment.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the order is handed over to the courier, Shopextro is not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
However, we will:
- Help initiate a complaint with the courier partner
- Assist in tracking the order
Final resolution will depend on the courier’s investigation.
9. International Shipping
Currently, Shopextro ships only within India.
