1. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Before Shipping

You may request cancellation only before your order is shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately at:

If the order has already been handed over to the courier, cancellation is not possible.


Cancellation After Shipping (Not Allowed)

Once your order is shipped:

  • Cancellation is not available.
  • Refusing delivery will be treated as order rejection, and no refund will be issued.

Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, you will receive a refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.


COD Orders

COD orders cannot be cancelled if the parcel is already dispatched. Repeated COD refusals may lead to:

  • blocking COD option for your account,
  • cancellation of future COD orders.

2. Disclaimer

Product Images & Appearance

Product images shown on the website are for illustration purposes. Actual product may slightly vary due to:

  • lighting conditions,
  • display/monitor settings,
  • manufacturing variations.

Shopextro is not responsible for minor variations between product images and actual delivered items. Customers take full responsibility for these differences.

Replacement may be allowed only if the item meets our return and replacement criteria.

All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted website operation,
  • error-free content,
  • real-time stock accuracy.

Liability Limitations

Shopextro is not liable for:

  • courier delays,
  • lost or stolen packages after dispatch,
  • incorrect information provided by the customer,
  • misuse of products,
  • damage caused by user actions,
  • minor cosmetic box damage during transit.

3. COD (Cash on Delivery) Terms & Conditions

COD is available only for eligible products and locations.

COD Order Guidelines

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate address.
  • The courier will attempt delivery 1–2 times.
  • Failure to accept the package will mark the order as Rejected.

Repeated COD refusals may result in:

  • blocking COD option permanently,
  • account restrictions.

COD Verification

For some orders, we may require:

  • phone verification,
  • OTP confirmation,
  • address re-confirmation.

Orders failing verification will be automatically cancelled.


COD Charges

COD handling fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, even if the order is returned.


Refusing Delivery

If you refuse delivery after shipment:

  • No refund will be provided.
  • You may be restricted from placing future orders.
  • “Return shipping charges may vary depending on the weight, size, or category of the product. Heavier or oversized items may incur higher return shipping fees, which will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to Shopextro’s error.”
